New Communications Platform Released

After a period of development and testing, we are proud to release our new, web based communications platform.

This now comes as a standard feature on TDOS & TOVS systems and optional on all other units. This platform will provide Trojan unit operators with the ability to remotely Stop / Start and change treatment cycles, as well as access and download operating data such as water in oil PPM, oil temp and Relative Saturation %.

This is a big leap forward and does not require access to Company networks – which keeps the IT security folks happy!

Operators are also able to access their Trojan units via smart phone; tablet; laptop or PC.

While this new modem is included on all new systems from this point on we are also able to retrofit to existing systems out in the field.

Please feel welcome to contact us should you have any questions about the benefits of remote communications for your online drying system.

OMS Cart commissioning in Costa Rica

Posted by Super User

Trojan's Agent & Service Partner for Costa Rica (pictured), recently installed their new OMS Cart on one of their customers transformers (5000 kva / 3267 L of oil). As expected, the commisisoning process went perfectly, with the initial water removal results have been extremely positive. By selecting an online option, the customer has learnt a lot about the extent of moisture contamination in this transformer - it appears it is far wetter than originally thought.

Feel free to contact us for water removal examples for the OMS Cart, or other online drying systems.
